I Am Not The Smartest Person In The Room
Jon Westenberg 🌈

Good points. Being exceptionally bright won’t make up for poor “playing with others” skills. But if you are the smartest person in the room and can also be the nicest may very well end up being the boss. There is no getting around the fact that all other things being equal, intelligence correlates closely with success. And there is no getting around the fact that smart people often suffer from the god complex, assuming that being smart makes them infallible.
