So many people get to the part where they thought they were eating 1,800 calories a day, only to be told it’s more like 3,000, and just dig their heels in and refuse to believe it’s true.

Having the guts to accept that and take a very moderate approach, and then see the benefits roll in is something that I wish a lot of people could do!
