Florida is home to some of the country’s most scenic golf courses. For the 2017–2018 season, Golf Digest once again named Seminole Golf Course at Juno Beach the best course in the state. The 6,838 yard, Par 72 course was designed by Donald Ross and has been ranked as one of the 100 greatest courses in the nation for more than 50 years, though a number of renovations to the greens and bunkers have seen changes to Ross’s original design.

The course is particularly revered for its unique routing of fairways and greens, with each hole facing a different wind direction than the preceding hole. The course is also known as belonging to one of the most exclusive golf club’s in America, a fact that has generated excitement regarding the course’s selection as host of the 2021 Walker Cup. The №1 course in Florida ranked №12 in the country for 2017–2018. Other popular courses throughout the state include TPC Sawgrass, №2, and Calusa Pines, the state’s third ranked course.
