A new framework for creating team synergy to help NBA

The Agile Basketball a.k.a Agile NBA Framework developed by Victor Holman is meant to create team synergy, applying real-time, historical analytics and improving team dynamics for achieving team goals according to the book “A Blueprint for Measuring Value, Improving Player IQ and Creating Team Synergy” written by Holman.

Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland developed Scrum for application development and project execution, and this Framework applies Scrum framework principles, performance management processes and Agile methodologies to help to build an analytically driven, continuously improving basketball program.

According to the book, there are 6 pillars for the Framework. Data, transparency, inspection, adaptation, self-organization, and synergy. These pillars are essential in the Framework for achieving the team results.

The book explains that this framework helps a team to Adapt a higher quality style of play, Gain knowledge through empiricism, Provide greater fan satisfaction, Deliver results quicker, Increase team basketball IQ, Maximize value, Decision-based analytics , Achieve synergy and helps in overall development of the team.

This Framework is a definite help for teams to improve their overall performance.
