Gluten Free Chicken Fingers - Fierce Foul


Eating gluten free does not have to be boring. In my haute household I like to keep a posh pantry. These crispy outside, juicy inside chicken fingers will have you wondering if they are truly gluten free…..and they are.
Tools of the Trade
1 1/2 lbs. of Skinless Organic Chicken Breasts
3 tbsp of sea salt - I prefer Himalayan
1 Free range cage free egg
4 tbsp of freshly ground coarse black pepper
3 tbsp of gluten free baking soda
3 Cups of King Arthur Gluten Free Flour
2 Medium Diced jalapeno peppers
1/2 cup of San-J Gluten free soy sauce
1/2 cup of Sriracha Sauce
Canola Oil
Large bowl
*Red Pepper, Green Bell Pepper and Jalapeno pepper for garnish


- Slice chicken breasts in strips and place in the bowl
- Mix in all the ingredients except the flour and baking soda
- Stir in the flour and baking soda
- Use your hands to cover each chicken finger with flour and add a teaspoon or two of water if necessary
- Heat oil in a deep (4–5") skillet to cover the chicken
- Cook for 4–8 minutes until golden brown
- Place on a dish with a paper towel or metal rack
- Drop in slivered peppers for 30 seconds for a garnish
- Serve Hot whilst wearing Jimmy Choos
