Nice to see the US following the rest of the world! I would say though that I wouldn’t expect an instant change. In the UK we’ve had these kind of platforms for a while and they haven’t really taken off yet, despite fantastic tax breaks. While led people in the US are generally more investment savvy than in the UK, I would expect a similar slow start. I have no doubt that people will realise that the old outdated VC models aren’t good for most companies, it will take time for this revolution to happen.
