There is a saying two heads think better than one

The “People Matter” concept is considered naive.
How can someone write not for the money?
That mantra is valid everywhere in online business and social media influencers, and that is because I see it daily on different platform blogs.
If people care for others, they are considered losers.
If there are defenders of human rights in the face of the boss, they are uncomfortable employees.

There is an undeniable fact — everything starts and finishes with people.
The success of doing whatever people do with other people depends on the shown attitude.
If the money is the main point in talking with someone, they feel it.
When they do, they leave with or without a smile, thinking “Another moron that wants to take my money.”

It happens everywhere, and it leads to anything but not success.
The “People matter” concept concerns doing work for free to build trust and reputation.
In the present social distance world, people need to be heard and appreciated for what they know.

Everyone needs attention and kindness, and these qualities create wonders when it comes to motivation and productivity.
When good words are spoken, they make people feel better and bring back their will to move on.
Better leaders are those, who do not only talk theoretically, but they act human and kind.

Everyone has heard that communication is the key to success, especially in Network, Online, and Affiliate businesses. There is one communication that will never get old — heartfelt.
It is needed to build a team with people in those fields.
But is it clear for all what exactly is sincere communication?
It is not about the best business plan or the deep-level marketing model — it is simpler than that.

For example, there is a man called Phil. His excited business leader sees the great potential in Phil as a referral, but does he know how Phil is living? Does the boss know of his hobbies and family? Does the leader know who the hell is Phil as a person and what he knows that may enrich the team?
The boss always speaks professionally to show he is more intelligent than his teammates.

The new leaders do not want to know their employees or team members, and most of them do not lead by example.
If the boss connects with Phil with sincere interests, he will know what the man is best at doing — he may be a creative thinker or over-analyzer. Whatever Phil is good at doing, it will invent new ideas for the business and make the team successful.
The same talk goes for interpersonal relationships between team members.

The “People matter” concept helps for higher team achievements, but only if there is a connection between all team members on a personal level and loyalty.
When team members know each other weak sides, they complement and do great things together as a whole.
That is what about “People matter” concept is. Know your people.
