A web app that lets you achieve anything with stuff you find on the web. Organise a holiday, manage your findings, shopping inspiration, share snapshots, make notes, collect your research in one place. Use the web smartly. Declutter. Save time!

The Pain

We are always struggling to find what we found before. When planning a holiday, doing research on a client project, exam time or just managing interesting findings for our product or course, it is often the fragmented methods, shown in the picture below, that we resort to.

This is how our desktop looks like!

Why? It feels quick and simple to use the above methods. However, this creates a mess of our relevant stuff. It is disorganised and cannot be managed. We know it’s there somewhere just in case we need it. But when we do need it, it’s hard to find.

So we asked ourselves a crazy question — Is it possible to keep the process that is quick and simple and yet be able to bring order to this digital chaos?
What if you could press a button on anything you find interesting, type what you want to do with it and that’s it. You continue with your work and the technology manages the rest for you at the backend.

So… we created S(u)ave

Anything can be saved in a click. It’s that simple.

Introducing The Command Box

This is where all the magic happens. Share via email, organise pages into folders, create comments about saved pages — all done with a set of carefully thought out Symbols used to control the Command Box:

This box reacts to your actions and helps you do things easier and faster. Most importantly it will get smarter with time the more you use it. It’s smart enough to automatically suggest tags/folders and people to share with.

Lastly, we make sure that the saved content is easily accessible and elegant looking.

  1. Planning a trip
Meet John: He wanted to plan a short weekend trip to Berlin with his friends. They found some awesome places to eat, go out and see, which they collectively Suaved in one folder (including all the reservation confirmations).

So this is it. The web is just a beginning. We aim to focus on smartphones and desktops next. We are very excited to launch the monkey for our web version in April 2015 (few weeks left!).
