While all of this is great (and trust me, I’m not being sarcastic when I say that), what I fail to see on your part is refunds and actively chasing down campaign owners that have run succesful scams and have disappeared with people’s money.
You even had some campaigns InDemand that were reported as scams multiple times by many campaign donors (before you put them up for InDemand). What about those campaigns. Are you willing to take a hit to your bottom line to generate good faith? Or are you only talking the talk? If not, go ahead — issue me a full refund for the Dragonfly Futurefön Campaign. And sue Jeff Batio while you’re at it for misleading people.
