Her eyes; His words

Morning sunrise and the gleaming rays;
Reflected the tear from her eyes and it just says,
The inner struggle which she had,
Every second,minute and every day.
To meet the man of her dreams,
To hug him in her arms.
Days were years and years were decades now,
Were those words worthless now?
A dilemma which her mind was into,
A confusion which her heart was going through.
Promises appeared vague and Words were fake
The wait was long and journey was unending,
The sacrifice for others was now horrifying.
Borders were filled pride with the sweat and blood,
Home was deprived from love and her God.
She wished to see the last glimpse of her man before she dies
But the deadly demon was destroying her roots, she wasn’t able to rise.
The final call for other world was near,
In the hospital room, she could feel the warmth,it was her love, her dear.
When he uttered I love you dear,
Fell down a drop of tear.
It was his fumbling words and her wet eyes.

She was lost in the race of time and memories.
