“Let’s Go There.” As BBC Three prepare for their industry-shaking move online, creative agency Sunshine lay out the future for the channel, with a landmark brand call to arms.

Following last week’s comedy spot — starring Chabuddy-G of ‘People Just Do Nothing’ explaining the move — today sees the launch of another 60” stormer. Let’s Go There; a multimedia brand call to arms, directed by Max Weiland of Somesuch, featuring a heady mix of specially shot footage, the best of BBC Three content, cheeky bespoke animation, iconic moments from the BBC’s archive, and a surprising cameo from none other than Jeremy Paxman.
“We still can’t believe Paxman signed this off. What a legend.” Hollie Newton: Executive Creative Director, Sunshine.

‘Let’s Go There’ is a big, provocative blend of the channel’s two commissioning pillars, ‘Make You Think’ and ‘Make You Laugh,’ launching simultaneously across all BBC properties this evening with the new positioning statement written large. Let’s Go There.

“The walls are coming down. Everything we knew about broadcasting is changing. We can either dive in and take hold of these brilliant opportunities with both hands, or sit on the sidelines and watch as the world moves on without us.” Hollie Newton: Executive Creative Director, Sunshine.

Aimed squarely at the 18 to 34 year old viewing audience, the film features DJ Fresh & High Contrast’s new track, ‘How Love Begins’ featuring Dizzee Rascal. Next stop, launch day, on the 16th February 2016.

“It’s the BBC, but not as we know it.” Hollie Newton: Executive Creative Director, Sunshine.
