I would like to now read a follow-up story stating what you have actually done. This was your wish list. What actions have you actually taken?
I have also followed the founder/CEO’s words re customer support fails. It was good that he demonstrated his awareness of the problem. It’s beyond major now. If one tracks messaging (I ran a PR agency) one can easily see that there the main message re Coinbase/GDAX is to not ever count on customer support, while the platform continues to have 2FA, settlement and other hiccups that are truly troubling to customers. They are no longer minor annoyances. I would like to read now a follow-up story on what you have actually begun doing to improve customer support.
I truly doubt, in this instance, that I’m unique. Sadly.
