(O³) Optimism, often overlooked.

Since a once-slender boy of perhaps five years of age, I’ve had circling around in my head, that I shouldn’t dream, that I should be pragmatic. Thanks to parenting a la the 1970’s, I was filled with all sorts of nonsensical “nuggets.” Interestingly enough, I learned at an early age to file them away, hopefully never to trigger a existential crisis at 3 in the morning. That, unfortunately, took years of practice.
