Studying
Yes, it may be a little obvious, but many people really miss this point and may not know the answer to the question: “What is Neon?”

Testing

Neon Proxy (For operators)

Initially, Neon will start working on the Mainnet with its 3 operators. You can potentially join later, once the criteria for becoming an operator are announced.

Roles and ambassador program

As you may have noticed. Neon Champion and Neon Council are the most coolorful roles. This roles most important here. Let me explain.
Neon Champion
You can get the role of Neon Champion only for winning simple contests, like “Come up with merch for Neon” or ”Finish the sentence: “When I got into crypto I…” as funny as possible” and so on. In general, it’s fun there! In addition to winning the role, you can also get valuable prizes.

But that’s not all. Since 01.08.2022 there have been important changes related to this role. Now, by winning several times in a row in contests, you will receive special prizes.
For example, 5 contest wins will result in a temporary Neon Council role you will have to defend (prove to us that you deserve to keep it by your engagement and contribution). Getting more than 5 wins will result in surprise rewards.
At the end of each month, Neon hosting a special Champion Contest where only current Neon Champions will be eligible to participate. Champion contests will include special rewards.
It is important to know that the role of Neon Champion is not given forever and is resets every month after end of champion contest.
Last but not least, from now on, if you have any interesting ideas for the contest, please drop them to the suggestions channel and ping @Venice or @Sash, or @Ilyxabatko then they will evaluate your idea, and if they decide to use it you will get 1/2 of a contest win, and it will get tracked to the hall-of-fame channel same as contest wins.
Keep in mind you aren’t to suggest contests with questions and solutions, team have to be the ones adding questions and so on, to keep contests fair for everyone and prevent the system from being exploited

Neon Council
The role of Neon Council goes only to the most outstanding and active participants. What kind of activity is valued? See the infographic below:
This is not all the possibilities, all depends only on your imagination and interest. Rest assured that we will really consider your suggestions if they are cool!
Why you need that role? People with this role instantly become Neon ambassadors when ambassador program appears. And purple is cool.
Neon veteran
This role is given to people who was been Neon counsil but downgraded for inactive. Neon veterans able to become Neon councils again if they find strength to be active and useful like before.
Neon recruiter
Role was given to people from top 20 of best inviters in recent contest. No possibility receive it now.
Expect an ambassador program
It’s no secret that it will be in Neon. When the official announcements appear, we will definitely let you know more about it.
