Focusing on the practice, being in the moment is my priority during time on mat. I practiced until Navasana as usual. My wings are taking the tool from all the plank poses in between the transitions.
Today I focussed on being in the moment which is the whole point behind yoga. I did my routine until Navasana, feels great.
I’m totally relaxed after the practice. My practice seems to be coming along with my body…
The only part in my body where I feel a little sensation is Upper Back, this could be from sun salutations, jumping back and forth. But I enjoy my practice, pain is a sign of getting stronger.
