I eat and live according to my blood type, O. We are natural carnivores. Animal protein is what best nourishes us. My health suffered on a vegetarian diet. I gained weight and felt yucky all the time. Part of that is because I’m lactose and gluten intolerant which I wasn’t aware of at the time. Now I use organic meats when possible and very seldom eat pork which isn’t the best meat for me anyway. I do eat organic eggs though.
OTOH type A is the natural vegetarian. B and AB types are somewhere in between. I think it’s incumbent on your organization to realize that there must be a balance given these realities. Awareness of factory farming is a must. But we need good protein choices. People suffer when they don’t know how to eat and many vegans and vegetarians I know end up eating a lot of junk food, are fat and have diseases that I’ll never have because I pay attention to what MY body needs. Junk food in and of itself is as great a ethical problem, as big as treating animals ethically. We need to treat the human family ethically and you might admit that you don’t have all the answers.
Please keep what I’ve mentioned here in mind if you value human life and would prefer that humans don’t needlessly suffer and die.
