All The Best Pictures From Our First Digital Financial Services Consultative Working Group Forum

Financial Services industry leaders convened to discuss the future of financial inclusion in Nigeria

I’ll be honest with you, if you have even a passing interest in the digital financial services ecosystem in Nigeria, you ought to have been at the 1st Consultative Working Group Forum from August 4–5, 2017.

Over 15 industries and associations were represented with delegates from over 40 institutions. The Central Bank, NIBSS & Interswitch, Banks, Telcos, EFCC, you name it, every major stakeholder in the Nigerian DFS ecosystem was represented.

Even the National Assembly was represented

The passion to drive financial inclusion in Nigeria was evident as all delegates contributed, brainstormed, and sometimes debated issues passionately.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Well, we hope the gallery below will say what our words may fail to:

Everyone had unique insights to share
Delegates were distributed into dedicated working groups based on their expertise

Dr. Olayinka David-West (Project Lead)

We closed the event with a gala night and everyone got to relax and mingle after two days of intense work.
