Perfectly stated. I am a survivor of Narcissistic abuse and I am still in recovery. Emotional abuse is like cancer and spreads without us even knowing it’s there, slowly killing us. I used to wish he would hit me instead so that I’d have bruises and black eyes to show my pain.

As a writer and women’s advocate myself, it’s so important for us to shed light on this darkness, so thank you for being another voice for all those who don’t have one!
