Summer Workout Series
We can’t wait to tell you all about our new Ambassador, Melissa! But first we want to share with you her first awesome workout series that is now complete and can be found fully on her blog. Melissa shows us how to get in shape this summer with no gym and no excuses — all while being a full time mommy!
These workouts are not only super fun but also very intense! Modifications can always be made and of course, we wont tell if you take an extra 15 second break ;).
