Where does exercise prioritize on your list? College is both fun but it comes with a lot of stress too. It’s kind of like a catch 22. Surrounded by friends, going to tailgates, joining new clubs, going to the clubs, wearing the same clothes Monday and Tuesday without anyone noticing, and eating cheat foods because you are trying to save money or swipes in the cafeteria. Well along with that comes some ultimate struggles. Have you noticed that nap time is essential in college? Getting up for an 8am class on a Friday? Were you trying to torture yourself? 2. Feed me, I’m poor!

It is almost impossible to not feel broke in college. Feel a little better with a quick 5 minute cardio confidence booster. You still got it after those hot Cheetos, Don!

3. Unexplained emotions

We don’t know why this happens either but it happens to all of us. Let it out. Then get yourself a quick pick-me-up! It’s going to be okay!

4. I’m a zombie

The struggle of waking up before 11am in college. 5:50am, Val? You are adventurous. Looks like you need a Good Morning Yoga Wake UP!

5. Did the professor just say their is a test tomorrow…

Studying till I pass out. A quick stretch before the test and you’ll pass with flying colors. This is not guaranteed and this wasn’t tested — but hey, believe it and it may work.

6. SOS

We agree, Kelly. Sometimes you just need saving. We’re here for you. Once you try this bootcamp, you’ll be begging to be writing a paper instead.

7. Turn down for what?

Thursday🎉. Friday🎉. Saturday🎉. Sunday 💀💀💀. Oh yeah, we’ve been there. This calls for a recovery stretch. Davian, can we join you? We’re ready! 😉

8. We do everything together.

After two weeks, you know your squad. So if you’re doing this ab workout, they better be joining you too. Val- You loyal. You smart.

9. Getting it done.

Procrastinating or not — finishing a week of work calls for a celebratory workout to really finish the week off good. Great job, Erin. You now deserve an XL pizza to yourself 🍕

10. Why are you taking all this money I don’t even have yet?

Oh and it only gets better after college with those student loans😩. Luckily, Allison, you have us, free! At least your workouts don’t have to come with a price (except being sore).
