How To Stick To Your Goals, This Year and Every Year

Hope the new year is showering you with abundance and magic so far, and that 2016 will see all of our wildest dreams come true!
I want to talk with you about a really sad thing that happens year after year. It’s kind of an epidemic. And only few know about good cures for it… It’s called “falling off the wagon with our New Year’s commitments.”
It seems only 8% of Americans regularly make New Year’s resolutions and, of that small percentage, only half sustain them past the first 6 months.
Wow. That lack of social proof certainly isn’t going to help us stay committed to our goals each year.
But don’t fret, my pet: I want to share a tool with you that I’ve been using for the last couple of years with much success. Since using this method, I’ve not felt like a “loser” due to not reaching my goals, but rather felt empowered in knowing that I’m at the core of making it all happen.
