It is with great pleasure that we announce our partnerships with Dfyn- a cross-chain AMM decentralized exchange, and Router Protocol- a cross-chain bridging protocol enabling fund transfer and asset swaps between different chains.

Below is a quick introduction to our new partners’ platforms.

What is Dfyn?

Dfyn is building a network of DEXes across multiple Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchains. This will allow Dfyn to plug into multiple liquidity sources across chains, including the cross-chain liquidity ecosystem being developed by Router Protocol.

Dfyn protocol is focused on certain key features for their DEX such as transparency, liquidity, scalability, user experience, speed, and seamless multi-chain interaction.

What is Router Protocol?

Router Protocol, is a mechanism for cross-chain communication– in other words, a bridge, that focuses on the specific use case of bridging assets across multiple layer 1 and layer 2 networks by using stablecoins as the medium of value transfer. In addition to asset transfers, Router Protocol also enables the flow of arbitrary messages across chains securely and seamlessly, thereby extending the composability of DeFi across various blockchains.

What type of opportunities will this partnership create for users?

Our partnership with Dfyn opens up new possibilities to earn LP rewards in $SYNTH for depositing syAssets. With this move, $SYNTH and syAssets will be listed on Dfyn, with it being made available on Polygon thereby not only providing users earning potential, but also build deep syAsset liquidity on Polygon.

Our partnership with Dfyn also serves a broader purpose as part of our DRASR module — Synthr’s unique dynamic rewards allocation mechanism that ensures that the DEX price of a syAssets remains pegged to their respective oracle prices. This is possible by toggling our long and short farm APRs, ensuring a very low price difference between exchange price and oracle price.

Our partnership with Router Protocol will allow Synthr users to swap $SYNTH across various EVM compatible chains, and Router Protocol will also use Synthr’s zero-slippage swapping engine to execute atomic swaps on partner DEXs.

This partnership makes low slippage cross-chain swaps, also known as atomic swaps, possible on Router. (Atomic swaps allow you to exchange tokens from different blockchains in one trade with nearly zero slippage.)

For example:

Router can use Synthr’s zero slippage swapping engine to execute atomic swaps initiated by its users like so.

In a scenario where:

User wants to swap ETH to MATIC (on an ETH-based partner DEX)

a. ETH will get swapped to syETH

b. syETH will get swapped to syMATIC (using SYNTHR’s zero slippage SynthSwap)

c. syMATIC will get swapped to MATIC (on DFYN)

All with near-zero slippage.

About Synthr

Born through a collaboration of DeFi experts and traditional investors with real-world trading expertise, Synthr is a synthetic asset protocol with the goal is to enable traders to thrive without the restrictions of traditional finance via the application of DeFi solutions and to transform trading into a truly universal and omi-accessible market.

About Dfyn

Dfyn is a multi-chain AMM DEX currently functional on the Polygon network and Fantom. Dfyn nodes on various chains act as liquidity entry and exit points into the cross-chain liquidity super mesh that is enabled by Router Protocol.

About Router Protocol

Router Protocol is building a suite of cross-chain infra primitives that aims to enable blockchain interoperability between current and emerging Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchains.
