In that sense, the trick might be to strike more of a balance? Encourage and inspire … but also offer real tools and skills to get there through education and training, accessible to everyone at a price they can afford.

(It certainly wouldn’t be helpful to support a victim mentality that says “You live in poverty, therefore you won’t find success”. That would make people feel pretty bad too.)
