Being suicidal is not a choice, therefore the actions behind fully completing to commit suicide is not a choice. They fell as if there are no other way to satisfy the feelings or the lack thereof. Understanding that being suicidal isn’t a choice helps people understand that it isn’t other people’s fault.

It is a brave and horrendous act, however it is an act that usually happens under extreme duress. My story that I wrote about my own pains and my attempt is to explain the truth for what some people feel with suicide, especially for those who are suicidal.

Thank you for your comment because you are a part of a spectrum that is on the end for who have seen suicide and felt it personally like I have for many people who’ve done the same and were close to me.

If anything, the two things I would like for anyone to take from what I wrote, is that being suicidal and suicide is a long war internally and it will not end with the snap of a finger. It is a war that ebbs and flows with every individual, suicidal or not.

Sometimes it can run out and you may feel happy again. Sometimes it can come in overwhelming waves and brings back to you tears and the feelings that you know all to well.

The other, peace and help are all there. It takes small steps to regain your footing and to remember life, even when everything is going wrong.

Thank you again for reading and taking time to comment, I hope you will have a chance to read my other stories, thank you and enjoy.
