There’s nothing worse than being hungover at work — even a sort-of semi-regular basis. And if this is occurring in your late 20's, early 30's (or later, obviously), then I hope you can take some real (i.e. outside) help to clean it up or stop entirely, before it takes over. It’s a slow and insidious thing.

Theres a quote I heard some time ago that’s made more and more sense as the years have passed. It goes something like: what’s funny in your 20's can be concerning in your 30's and downright dangerous in your 40's.
