Many people ask; what if I find something that I’m so “on fire” about, then I lose interest? That’s okay. Stop, reevaluate, and then try something different. You’ll know, once you find it. Just never stop until you do. It’s important.

I’m often asked this as well! To me it feels like they are implying the time spent doing that thing will all be time lost if it’s not ‘the thing’ they end up settling on, but that’s not the case. I always tell people (who are hesitant) to ACT AS IF this will be the ‘thing’ that they will stick to and if not… if their attention goes elsewhere, that’s perfectly ok because the ‘thing’ they were practicing, the craft they were honing was ‘execution’ and ‘discipline’ which are 100% universally transferrable to whatever passion you pursue.
