I would add to that list ‘don’t tell me I should keep one of my fosters”. I have had it happen, I have seen it happen to other foster families. If I have decided to not keep a foster kitty, there is a reason for it, and you telling me I ‘should’ keep the kitty ‘because it loves me’ is just piling on guilt I do not need. The only reason you know the kitty loves me is because I told you it did, so it isn’t like I didn’t know.
