“EXCERPT” FROM MY BOOK SERIES — “WHEN TITHES AND OFFERINGS WON’T PAY THE BILLS” — A Joseph Strategy

Scene 4 — DON’T LOOK BACK

(A Poetic Journey)

Hear me when I say, that spiritual progress is received not taken, and this acceptance of unforced gifting from God, is what causes your like kind obedient efforts, those who’s abilities were handed to you in a whisper, while you were outside of the fear based system and restraints of time, resting in silence and stillness, to prosper. It is the smearing of this same oil, that raises opportunity from its patient seat with joy, for there was always hope that one day you would acknowledge your rightful place in the ranks, a space that only you could fill by occupation of vocation, and step into a knowing, of you.

Step by step, are you lovingly coaxed into the knowledge of “who” you are, arriving at the understanding that this “who”, is a major contributor in what you are here to accomplish. Upon arrival, and by standing aware in a broader vision, the perpetual toil of veiled minimum wage religious experiences, lawfully loose their enslaving shackles and grip on your soul…

To welcome the new, is to embrace the unusual, for it is the dreaded usual, that has brought and stranded you where you have now found yourself. Honesty, even admittance to one’s self that the soul longs to prosper, snatches the very cornerstone, from the citadel, or the stronghold of growth defeating symbiotic pride.

This will cost you! It will cost you big, for it will cost you the old, even the generational friendships of tradition, routines, and eye service rituals. The undeserved loyalties to plots, plans, schemes, and by true definition, non-profitable hand me down activities of so called honor, from decades past. You will need to be willing to not only go against the grain, but launch an aggressive campaign for the demise of the reign of normality.

Withdrawals from the typical are about to shake the foundation of your beliefs, rituals, routines and religions, hobbies, habits, and superstitions, as you, with an open mind, sit at the feet of “When Tithes and Offerings won’t pay the bills”. Painful is the light of necessity, when the comfortable darkness of unwilling expansion has cradled you unconditionally. Others will now watch you closely, from the choir seats of nay-say, fear and doubt, to see if your resolve and intent is to abandon the sinking ship of “church work” based programs and ceremonies, for the scorned and ridiculed groves of what is seen as prosperity. I echo thoughts which bare repeating.

The contradiction between the demonization of money, and the obvious need and desire for abundant provision, warred out in sermonic battle is thunderously deafening. I learned two valuable lessons twenty some odd years ago while in direct door to door cemetery pre-need sales. 1.) No matter how much you beat someone over the head with what sounds like good information, you will never get them to change their mind. Why, because changing one’s mind is like an admission of guilt, akin to saying I’m wrong, and very few possess the will or desire to embrace that.

It is much easier for them to reject your presentation, labeling it as an opinion, gossip, and hearsay, and to stay stuck in the suffering, than it is to be raptured by the trumpet call of freedom. 2.) The fear of loss is greater than the desire for gain. I promise to go into more detail about both of these truths in the coming pages and chapters of this series, but right now, it is very important for you to know, that you will need to get these principles and apply them to yourself first, if you ever plan to lead anyone else into the promised land, that the Intel laid out within the leafs of this book series maps out.

I need your undivided attention here! When I spoke earlier of the costs that must be paid, it can’t be stressed enough that the path that you are venturing down, won’t yield it’s treasures if at any point you disrespect the process, and treat any of this as a hobby. The cost of guaranteed successes will be your future total commitment, your life. (Luke 9: 62)
