Not that I am aware of. I’d recommend not trying to hack a cable — the microcontroller in the battery controls discharge rates and is programmed to recharge Dell products but not Microsoft products. It would be great if Microsoft would adopt USB-C recharging on future Surface Pro products... I can already do that on Dell’s USB-C enabled laptops and that’s worth buying a big USB-C battery for someday, when I can use it across different types and brands of devices. I recently bought a Moto Z Force, which also uses USB-C.
