Work in a startup of Taiwan.

This is my third job to work in a startup of Taiwan. People comes and goes, works you can never finish, colleagues like to cause trouble when you are really busy, the boss want to see the results ASAP… and the same me who cannot take these shit easily.

After these years of working, I found it is lucky to work in an environment that you can focus on the most important tasks and make impact to the company and make yourself proud. There are so many thing undone in startups and most of the time we don’t sit down and discuss what should be done and what should not. Which is tiring for people who want to contribute but do not know the company well enough.

I think it is better to avoid or say face this situation. We should not waste our time in tasks that is not important and leave more time for ourselves to reflect on what is the first priority to be done. We should avoid taking tasks from people who is not important like hr. We should keep ourselves in order without being torn by people who is not setting priority correctly just like you.
