Roundtrip is providing the right rides to patients at the right time. Care coordinators can book a patient ride in a Lyft, medical sedan, or ambulance. In this way, Roundtrip helps to address one of the biggest barriers to patient care: poor access to transportation. Roundtrip’s goal is to address this social determinant of health by being the hub between care coordinators and patient access to care.

3.6 million people miss or delay their appointments each year. This reduces the revenue potential for the hospitals and contributes to increased healthcare burden to patients and payors. Therefore, many stakeholders are incentivized to improve patient access and follow through to their appointments. Roundtrip’s team is dedicated to enabling patients to get the care they need by helping them worry about one less hurdle in their care journey.
