Purpose of Role/Job Overview
The role of the Front of House is to provide an efficient, professional and polite reception facility, and also be the first point of contact for clients.
Key Accountabilities
- Meeting and greet clients on reception in a professional manner.
- Answering the telephone and responding to emails in line with company procedures.
- Dealing with client requests in a prompt and timely manner whether face to face or on the telephone
- Booking meeting rooms for clients and ensuring that client requirements are documented.
- Overseeing the tidiness and cleanliness of the reception.
- Manage outgoing post, ensuring that it is properly franked and ready for collection.
- Book various chargeable services for clients such as couriers, restaurants and taxis.
- Issue and receipt of keys, furniture etc. to clients when required.
- Ensuring the Company Health and Safety standards and obligations are adhered to for yourself, staff, clients and visitors to the building.
