Purpose of Role/Job Overview
The role of The Office Group Sales Support person is to maximise revenue for the business by dealing effectively and efficiently with all enquiries and potential leads generated from Brokers and web enquiries. Liaise with brokers as well as clients directly to maximise business opportunities, and to provide support to all third parties i.e. brokers & agents and employees using on-going product knowledge and information on availability.
Key Accountabilities
- Be the first point of contact for partners and prospective clients and qualify all leads to offer the best and most suitable solution for them
- Update the CRM system after taking all enquiries and manage system throughout sales process
- Liaise with third parties to book in viewings for the Building Manager within the appropriate building
- Be an ambassador and able to cross sell all products and buildings
- Confident on using all systems (RJ,UB,LAM)
- For direct enquiries, liaise with the prospective directly and as quick as possible (to be contacted within the initial hour of enquiry posted)
- Support sales team members and building teams with new sales from office, clubrooms and virtuals, meeting rooms
- Confident and capable to push and hit targets and expectations set each month
- Responsible for all staff enquires on office space availability, statistics and product knowledge.
