Welcome to the world of TTInit! If you’re looking to streamline your TikTok shop’s collaboration efforts with creators, TTInit is your go-to tool. This guide will walk you through the initial setup, from logging in to running your first bot for open collaboration. Let’s dive in.
Step 1: Login
First things, log into the TTInit Desktop with your credentials.
This will bring you to the dashboard, where you’ll initially see zero shops. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to add and save your shop for future use.
Step 2: Add Your Shop
To kick things off, add your TikTok shop details to TTInit. This creates a profile that the bot will use to send messages to potential collaborators.
- Click the “Add Shop” button.
2. A window will pop up, prompting you to fill in the following fields:
- Name: Enter the name of your TTInit shop.
- Email: Enter the email associated with your TikTok shop or brand.
- Password: Enter your TikTok shop or brand password.
- Product ID: Enter the product ID for open collaboration.
- Create a Dataset: Instructions on creating this are provided below.
- Message: Enter the message you want to send to creators.
- Send Follow-Up Message: Enter a follow-up message.
- Send Product Card: Enable or disable the product card.
- Skip Duplicates: Choose whether to skip sending messages to the same creator again.
- User Greetings: Add a personalized greeting such as “Hi [username]”.
3. After filling out the fields, click the “Create Profile” button. This will save your shop profile in TTInit.
Step 3: Authenticate with TikTok Seller Dashboard or Affiliates
Now, it’s time to link your shop with TTInit for seamless data access and message sending.
Log in with your TikTok shop or brand and save the profile.
- Click on “Login Required.” A Chrome window will pop up with the TikTok Seller Dashboard loaded with your credentials.
2. Complete the verification code and CAPTCHA.
3. After submission, the TikTok Seller Dashboard will reload. Wait a few minutes for the profile to save the data.
Your profile is now saved, and the “Login Required” button will change to “Shop is Ready’’.
Step 4: Create a Dataset
The next step is to set up a dataset that the bot will use to find and message creators for open collaboration.
Go to the ‘’search tab’’ and create a dataset.
You have three options to create a database:
- TTInit Database
- CSV Upload
- Scrape from TikTok Seller Dashboard
1. TTInit Database
Access a database of over 850k creators, sourced from various agencies and data services. Use filters like:
- Product Category
- Follower Count
- Content-Type
- Avg Commission Rate
- Performance
Name your dataset, select your filters, and click “Create dataset.”
2. CSV Upload
If you have a CSV file in the required format, you can upload it to create a database and run the bot on it.
3. Scrape from TikTok Seller Dashboard
To scrape users directly from the live TikTok Seller Dashboard:
- Name your dataset
- Specify the number of users to scrape (100, 300, 500).
- Ensure your shop profile is saved for data scraping
- Click “Create Dataset.” A new Chrome window will open and start scraping your data. This process can take from 3 minutes to up to an hour, depending on the number of users.
Step 5: Open Collaboration
Now that your dataset is ready, you can use it to run the bot, which will send messages to potential collaborators based on your shop’s profile settings.
- Go back to the message window.
2. Edit the shop settings by clicking the shop editing icon.
3. Select your pre-created database, update the shop profile, and run the bot by clicking the play button.
And that’s it! You’re all set to start automating your TikTok shop collaborations with TTInit.
