About TalenTale platform

Part1: TalenTale Resume NFTs

TalenTale revolutionized the career social platform, where Talents upload their professional experiences that are minted as resume NFTs.

For each talent, only a limited amount of resume NFTs are minted. The ownership of these resume NFTs belongs to the talent, which can be sold or transferred freely. When someone purchases these resume NFTs, we collect a small platform fee, and the rest of the proceed goes to the Talents.

Talents would also gain a percentage of the creator fee in any transactions in the secondary market. This way, talents as the real value creators can keep the lion's share of sharing their professional experiences instead of handing it out for free to centralized platforms.

Part2: Three important roles in the TalenTale platform

Talents

Talents mint their NFTs in three steps: KYC, upload information, and set their price. The resume will be NFTlized by TalenTale for 500 amounts in total.

Once others — companies, talents, or connectors — unlock their NFTs through tokens, they get tokens directly. Also, they can expand their social circles by purchasing resumes from anyone without feeling embarrassing.

Connectors

With TalenTale, connectors can fully use their expertise to “match2earn”. Each match(recommend) would cost the connector 10% of the NFT price and receive double tokens when the company accepts the resume.

Companies

With TalenTale, companies can lower their budgets to hire talents efficiently. They had to charge the membership fees on centralized platforms to secure resumes in the past. Now, they contact talents directly by unlocking talents’ resumes and starting to chat.
