Colours of rain

Why there is a rainbow behind every cloud

Today it rains. Rain... In the country I live it is a common phenomenon. Weather is an inseparable thing from natives life. In the morning, then One wakes up, he firstly checks the clouds. Is it going to be a good day — One asks himself? Here the weather defines it. This becomes so ingrained that it deeply forms an identity of my country. People secretly, or sometimes very loud, tell stories, that there is no such other corner of the world where weather is so mysterious.

On a rainy day One with Another crowd themselves in an old squeaking bus and mumble about the forgotten umbrellas. On a clear sunny summer day while waiting in a queue for a takeaway ice coffee One can hear Another silent sighing — the weather got too hot for placing yourself at work for 8 hours in a closed environment with only opened window which makes Another sad. And even this sigh can make Another smile to understandingly and compassionately nodding stranger by it’s side — weather connect people. What else two strangers, who just met would discuss, what they would say to each other? People rarely talk to each other by it’s deepest meaning — sharing Claude of their souls and perceptions of the world. And the latter topic serves for blanket which makes Everybody safely talk while knowing — yourSELF is covered deep inside, you don’t risk.

Anyhow, in every great story there is a BUT factor. Today is a rainy day. And people run and mutter — many of them got instantly showered like somebody would have poured a bucket of cold water on a top of a head. And isn’t it a good story to tell to your co - workers? Isn’t it an opportunity to wildly shake your hair and laugh while sitting in a business meeting in front of a client instead of worrying too much for bad look as an aftermath of this crazy rain? We are serious here. Because Everybody wants us to be. Because this is how One is supposed to live. We have too many “what if’s” in the country of mine. What if I let my inner child to remind himself by dancing in the rain? Does it exist only in the songs? And what if I want to walk bare -feet, as these high — heels make it so uncomfortable to walk on this sidewalk full of puddles? Should I?

All this process of one big worry, of clear, sharpen adult thinking makes Us forget the dreams, the joy and that there is a rainbow behind every cloud.

Yes, this process of mindset needs training, a practice of setting yourself a goal to forget all What if’s and clear all sad emoticons from your mobile phone top used symbols. “It’s not easy” - One would say to Another. Here we talk about weather and complain, because this is how We do. Yes. BUT it all starts with a TRY to see green tree leaves on a grey foggy horizon of the day, because even the rain has more than one color!
