Learn with some free/paid video tutorials. Paid courses tend to be more effective. Almost all the paid course teacher has some free video lectures. Look at them and see how he/she teaches. When you like their style, get their course. I took a lot of different courses, tuts, videos, blogs and still learning. Best way is to learn then practice by building stuff.
