I agree that a well prepared proposal for policy change must deal with all sorts of practical problems. That’s why, in the coming weeks and months, I will be outlining how we may deal with these problems.

Basically, storage space shouldn’t be a problem these days, and server bandwidth also shouldn’t be a problem, as ‘non notable’ entries would not be often accessed. However, there will need to be adequte measures to combat ‘get rich quick’ style spam etc. I have already thought in detail about how this can be achieved, and I will post articles to the aforementioned publication on this matter in due course.
