Do you have a job, a career or a calling ?

What do you for a living?

Yesterday I spoke at the Wellbeing At Work Event. As well as sharing a bit of my story, the one area I focused on was work.

I asked the audience a question.

Forget wellbeing programmes and initiatives at work.

Way before that you have to ask the question.

When you wake up every day.

Where do you go and what do you do?

Do you think if you go somewhere you don’t want to be and do something that you don’t want to do, that may be one of the reasons you are depressed or have mental health issues?

I believe so.

You can have a job, a career or a CALLING.

I have a calling, I have a purpose and I’m on a mission to help and inspire others to also find their true passions in life.

Which I believe is one of the greatest roads towards happiness.

What about you?

Do you do a job you love? Do you like where you work?

If you could wake up tomorrow and do anything you wanted, would you go to your workplace?

I’ve finally found my purpose and the thing I love more than anything in the world.

You may think your job is a lawyer, an accountant or a manager.

It’s not.

Your job is to find your passion.

Then spend the rest of your life doing it.
