Following are the limitations that I see in Grofers model.

  1. As they will scale up, it would be very difficult for them to control the delivery with same passion and quality all over India.
  2. Some brands and products are available in only certain part of India. So it can create confusion in the minds on online users. So they need to handle that.
  3. Infrastructure in every city is different. So, the delivery timings will very.
  4. They will not be able to deliver in 30–40 minutes in case users need delivery urgently. So in that scenario, there model will fail.
