Great article and I agree with most parts, but why would LA be better suited than Paris? Paris also has new or newly updated stadiums or arenas, recently built or improved for global sporting tournaments (football, basketball, etc.), as well as.the venue of one the four Majors for Tennis, the venue of the next Ryder Cup for golf, a track and field stadium already used for one of the largest annual events, etc….
