The biggest problem is managing state for the application. If you use two different frameworks/paradigms for a single application, a lot of house keeping has to be done in terms of handing data from one to another. Another problem that we faced was the context switch between Angular and React. The data binding works completely differently too.

There are no benefits of using both of them in a single project, unless you’re trying to migrate from one to another.
