Introducing Canva New AI Tool, “Magic Write”

Canva’s Magic Write is the new AI tool that helps you with your content. It’s a text generator AI tool that helps you create copy, blog outlines, social media posts, brainstorm ideas, and more.

My favorite feature I love using on Canva’s Magic Write is product descriptions because I have always struggled when it comes to writing product descriptions for my online store.

This is why all my online stores failed; all my product descriptions were vague because I didn’t know how to write a compelling product description.

With Canva’s Magic Write, I no longer have that problem because it writes product descriptions using storytelling and persuasive copy format.

The Benefits of Magic Write

  • It’s quick and easy to use for everyone.
  • It’s affordable compared to other AI tools available on the internet. You can use it either for free (for a limit of 25 prompts) or with a Canva Pro account with access to up to 75 prompts.

How to Use Canva’s Magic Write to Help Write Product Descriptions

Here is the instruction on how to use this fantastic AI Text Generator tool for product descriptions.

  1. You can sign up here if you don’t have a Canva account. You can sign up for a free account, but it has limited access. Magic Write only allows you up to 25 prompts in total. You can try Canva Pro for a free 30-day trial and have access to up to 75 prompts per month.
  2. In your Canva Home Page, you will go to “Docs.” Click on “Docs.”

3. Next, on the “Docs” template opens, you will then click on the (+) sign.

4. After you click on the (+) sign, you will see the “Magic Write” option. Select the “Magic Write” option.

5. When Magic Write is open, write your prompt.

For the product description prompt, you must end your sentence prompt with the command word “product description,” as shown in the picture below.

6. After you get your prompt request from Magic Write, please read it and make any needed corrections.

I recommend copying and pasting every prompt done by Magic Write on a Google Doc and saving it.

Any corrections that need to be made, then you will do from the Google Doc.

So, that’s it. You see how it is so easy to use. After editing and proofreading, you can copy and paste any product descriptions into your online store.

To maintain consistency, you can use the same product descriptions for social media posts such as Facebook, Pinterest, and IG when promoting your products online.
