The Laws of the 107th Congress Part 5
This law does something more than name a post office but it’s getting rid of stuff instead of adding it:
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled, That Congress disapproves the
rule submitted by the Department of Labor relating to ergonomics
(published at 65 Fed. Reg. 68261 (2000)), and such rule shall have no
force or effect.
Approved March 20, 2001.
This got rid of the ergonomics regulations in the department of labor. Which the Bush administration thought were overbearing regulations.
