The product should use its very first response as an opportunity to let the user know what its capabilities are, and suggest the next potential steps to accomplishing the user’s goals.

We will need to learn to new design affordances —cues that will naturally lead the the user through the conversation.

Presumably these affordances will evolve to a level they it combines both contextual and user awareness — something we typically call ‘emotional intelligence’.
