Actually, CURSES are older than ‘binding’ (check catherine yrnonwode or any grimoire older than, say 1940), and more effective if you can get enough of a psychic head of steam…The only problem is not a “Law of Three”, but “getting what you wish for”. You might think that say, that (name Middle Eastern zealot) is your problem, and seek to eliminate him, when he was a mere figurehead, and rubbing him out would only create a revered martyr, beloved of people who are far worse. If your kitchen’s only pest is a centipede, killing the centipede may not be your solution.
