Sometimes the greatest enemy to your success is yourself.
Sometimes that is born out of fear. Fear of the unknown. Fear of failure. Fear of ridicule.
Most often these fears don’t come to pass. Don’t dwell on them.
Other times it can be out of your own knowledge. You know you can’t do it. You know you’re not capable of doing it. You know others are better.
If you think you know all of these then you’re right. But if you change to thinking you can then you can.
You know you can do it. You know your capable. You know that you should stop comparing yourself to others.
Comparing yourself to others can be most damaging. They can do this better than me. They know more than me. They’re just overall better than me.
No they’re not. You just haven’t practised enough yet.
The other most dangerous one is born out of hate. You hate the way you look. You hate the fact you don’t do things right. You hate your mind.
Hate is toxic. Don’t give home to hate yourself.
Let go of your fears. Let go of what you know to be your limits. Let go of how you compare to others. Let go of the hate to yourself.
Focus on your dreams. Focus on the can-do’s, not the can-nots. Focus on love. Focus on self-acceptance.
We’re all guilty of the negatives. But not all of us can be proud of what we have done.
Celebrate the little successes. As well as the big ones.
And just keep loving yourself. And pushing yourself as far as you want to go.
If you believe hard enough and put enough effort into it. Then you can achieve whatever you want.
