Self portraits are an interesting exercise. I have long struggled with them.

I recently found a set of pictures of myself, and started to try, again, to draw them. I usually get as far as my left eye, and I find myself unable to continue. Maybe one day.

Seeing oneself in a photo, and trying to capture that person again is always an exercise in frustration, because we are never again the person captured in a moment. We are always ever changing.
