The only solution for you if you read what he had to say is to detox your brain with a walk through nature, and watch a snake kill a few rabbits, and return to civilization and work out your muscles with heavy weights. Ask yourself if the larger muscles you profit by came by parasitic behavior — afterall, you ate food that could have gone to a muskrat or antelope or lion, and you worked your muscles and generated heat which, according to Joe, is parasitic because you’re accelerating the possibility of the heat death of the universe.

Just ignore the fact the larger muscles you develop allow you to protect yourself and survive in more tough situations, ignore the better physique allows you to provide and protect your family and friends better, oh forget that you’ll have more capabilities and greater energy to make accomplishments.
