Water your dreams

I this afternoon I helped my dad water his flowers while he and my mom are away on vacation.
And while doing so I thought of how a garden of vegetables can be used as a metaphor for your garden of dreams.
And like a garden it is very important to water them regularly and expose them to sunlight, but also not too much.
Having a vegetable garden is a patience game just like working on your goals.
Every day you have to do something that waters your goals.
Here are a few tips for growing a fresh goal garden:
• Expose your goals to sunshine but not too much that you end up losing touch with the real world, it’s important to still be practical
• Make sure you have worked the soil, and that it is capable of bearing healthy sustainable goals, because otherwise what comes out will be average and you will have wasted your time
• Water them regularly, so that they are constantly getting what they need to grow, because if you leave them alone they might just die or get disabled by weeds
• Use your goals to feed others and those people will be more willing to come and help you with your garden and make it better and bigger so it serves a larger purpose
“Be careful what you water your dreams with. Water them with worry and fear and you will produce weeds that choke the life from your dream. Water them with optimism and solutions and you will cultivate success. Always be on the lookout for ways to turn a problem into an opportunity for success. Always be on the lookout for ways to nurture your dream.” — Lao Tzu
